If Mosley waited a while longer Mosley-Pac may have been posible. And if Arum was only that vigilant he might have made a deal to make a SSM-PAC possible since the Clottey fight was not signed yet at the time.

Clottey-Cotto was a close fight and many saw it going to Clottey.

Pacquiao puts his full trust to Arum in choosing his opponents... wrong man to trust IMO. Arum hurts Pac's legacy more than any person around him.
