This fight is just about money, it would be in an big german soccer stadium with over 60000 seats and it would make much money.The only interesting in this fight will be to see how it looks if Valuev gets knocked out.

If he fights anyone for less than $2 million before fighting Haye, it will be against someone he thinks he can beat. Between that fight and the Haye fight put together, he probably thinks he can make more than in a single fight against Vitali. Plus he thinks he has a decent chance of beating Haye in a rematch, whereas he knows he stands no chance against Vitali. It all comes down to the reward against Vitali not matching the risk, in his eyes.
