agreed, it was a redicolous request. Pac is request for 10m per pound was more doable becaue floyd came in at 146 at JMM fight which he cheated 2lbs and thats where that shiet came from.But IMO that test is redicolous, i think the commision should handle that part wether you agree or not agree with the type of testing.
