Floyd's blood testing demand was on since the beggining,Pacquiao's camp accpeted,then made demands they thought Floyd wouldn't accept (and even when on on public to say floyd wouldn acept),but Floyd accepted and made a demand :
RANDOM BLOOD TESTING,the rest is history.

but tbh i never expected this fight to happen this soon,Bob Arum wants to make the most outta pacquiao before he faces his biggest risk,so i wouldn't be surprised if Valero & Margo (or even a firepower 2) happen before the fight we all want

you dont care that manny makes demands of his opponents to tip the odds in his favor but do care that floyd asked for compitent drug testing (not the failed nsac drug testing that failed to catch mosely and who knows who else) that both he and manny would be subject to.... thats your logic in a nutshell. your amazing man really
