This situation is similar to the Pac and Floyd fiasco. Marquez, just like Pac, should have been the main guy going into the fight but Golden Boy sometimes likes being biased towards a particular fighter (Khan or Floyd). Pac and Marquez are icons and future hall of famers I'm glad that they pull out of their propose fight. Floyd and Khan still need alot of good quality wins in order to be considered icons.

YES he did. Why would he turn down an opportunity for a TITLE AT 140 lbs. He better go back down to 135 lbs and stay there unless he wants people to believe that he ducked Amir Khan.

No, he did NOT duck Khan. He doesn't need to fight him.

              Nah.

Nacho called it, they wanted to use Marquez as a stepping stone. And you know Freddie, he probably would have wanted it at 145-147 to elliminate any doubts.

Khan got knocked the *** out by Prescott and then ducked Maidana. Khan needs Marquez, Marquez does not need Khan.

No, he just doesn't want to be treated like **** by Golden Boy. Beristain already explained why they're not fighting, you don't treat legends like that..
