Hasegawa is staying down at 118 for the time being, he's suppose to defend his belt in April on a card with Nishioka. I can't see him staying for long though, I've read for a while it's hard for him to make weight.

I don't think this fight will happen. With the rumours of Hasegawa moving up, and the Japanese not recognising the WBO, it's not looking good.

Montiel should focus 100% on Morales though, then look at other possibilities after. Morales will be game for a fight.
