I can feel the Marquez love coming from this thread.

    It's pretty powerful.

I guess anger really is the seed of passion.

    A passion for Marquez..

just like they screwed barrera over ifo of jmm 3 years ago.
GBP didn't do **** to **** him over nor did they **** Barrera over. They offered Marquez to fight Hatton, who is big money, and Hatton said "I'll wait."

So then they offered Marquez Khan, which is also a great payday, but also a chance at becoming the first mexican to win titles in 4 different weight classes. Not to mention this is all after he got wiped out by Floyd Mayweather Jr.

Also GBP got Barrera fights with Marquez and Pacquiao back to back. Then he got killed by Pacquiao and announced his retirement. He never went out and demanded any fights.

This is all Nacho's fault for this fight not happening

Tua, you dissappoint me. We have time and time again proven that Hamed ducked JMM.

Remember? Video > article. it went something like that.

          Khan needs JMM.

JMM has other options. Nacho is right to turn this fight down. Hatton is the best option for him now.

And, at least JMM never asks for catch weights.

          OR diamond belts.

            Hol up wait a minute.

Why do JMM fans want the P4P Number 5 to fight a SHOT Hatton?

I fail to see how Marquez makes anymore money fighting Amir Khan than he would fighting Michael Katisidis or Ali Funeka, two guys who have proven over multiple fights that they are tough, active and exciting fighters.

Likely the rationale for turing this fight down is because in the even that Khan successfully potshotted his way to a decision it would be humiliating for JMM and would probably end his career. He'd be stripped of his Lightweight Belt and wouldn't have that Champions purse to fall back on. As it is he can defend his title at Lightweight and then knock out Kahn later. It's not as if Khan is gonna be taking on any serious challenges in the meantime.

Schaeffer is a ****head. He is hiding Kahn and managing to make other people look like ******* in the process.

I disagree with that part. Khan is big business.

                  I agree with the rest.

Cuz P4P is not a weight-class and JMM is not a JWW so a fight against Hatton to see how he handles the weight is not a bad idea... Especially when it would be a PPV fight which would give JMM more money... But, again you're on this P4P trip...
