When Mayweather first called out Mosley in 2000 i didnt think the fight was possible because Mosley was a bigger name at that time and i wouldnt say he ducked Mayweather, But in 2006 when Mosley was on the road back to 147 he ducked Mayweather simple, He told Mayweather to fight Margarito instead of trying to get a fight with him after he beat Vargas at 154, He claimed he had to get his tooth fix and he said he wanted a vacation.

He wasnt really in control of his career at the time because of Jin and he let emotions into the fight game.
