every once in a while I do a grilled sandwich night for the kids and the dig it

smoked turkey gouda bacon and tomato on sourdough
roast beef cheddar and sweated onions on buttermilk
pastrami swiss and 1000 island dressing on wheat (rye is too strong for kids lol)
ham cheddar and a dijon mustard on french

chop them into quarters and booyah!!!
