That Barrera, coming off wins over Naz and Morales II is a lot better of a win then Chavez, who was coming off good wins himself, but also lost to Sweet Pea and Frankie Randall. Chavez was clearly entering his last phase of his career, while Barrera was still in the best years of his career.
DLH's win over Chavez is better then Pacquiao's win over Morales III and Barrera II, but I'm not sure if I would rank it over Pacquiao's win over Morales. Pacquiao gets major props for avenging that defeat. Granted I think Morales didn't have as much energy as the first fight, Pacquiao improved his right a little and got the left in their easier.
DLH's win in the rematch didn't mean much, but neither did Barrera II (which was a joke to be honest, especially considering Barrera had just lost to Marquez) or Morales III (who lost to Raheem)
