When you find where I have ever made any inference to your racial identity(like you have done) let me know. I don't even care what it is. All I know is that you're as ignorant as you can possibly be. Stop trying to communicate. It's embarrassing.Comment

Why based your opinion on just one family. Would you believe I also have a Mexican friend who's family only cheers for Mexican fighters? From my experience, most Filipino's aren't boxing fans. My GF is half Filipino and her dad doesn't watch any boxing outside of Manny. All the men in her family are the same way.
And me being Mexican is annoying sometimes because they all talk that "Mexicutioner" bull****.Comment

I believe its more nationalism than racism. Alot of my Filipino friends are extremely proud of Manny because he's considered the best in the world. They aren't necessarily racist because they love black athletes. They cheer for American athletes all the time and they have alot of respect for them. But when it comes down to a Filipino athlete vs any other race, their probably gonna cheer for their own. I know when I see a black fighter against a fighter of a different race, I tend to cheer for the black dude. I don't think that makes me racist. I think alot of guys on this forum feel the same way. Its pride, not racism.Comment

no disrespect to the TS,
we all need to determine what is a nationalistic standpoint and its difference from racial favoring.
im no US national/citizen or whatever you call it..
but i get where filipino US nationals supporting pac are coming from..the pride that somehow the fan and the favorite originates from the same country.its just that the fan is of different nationality now.Comment
