well I can tell you've only been reading the uncle Bob side of the story.
And to answer your question. If ANY man accuses another man of something based on race/stereotype, it is racist/bringing that man down.
Sr questioning Manny was based on his recent size/perfomance and the time frame he has done it. So it is not totally baseless.
