Comments Thread For: Huck vs Richards To Take Place on March 13 in Germany

A source close to the negotiations told BoxingScene.com an agreement was reached for Marco Huck (27-1, 20KOs) to defend his WBO cruiserweight title against Adam "Swamp Donkey" Richards (23-2, 15KOs) on March 13 at Max Schmeling Halle in Prenzlauer Berg, Berlin, Germany.

Quite a softy defense, but Huck has had some tough fights lately so he probably deserves an easy one.

Now that's a joke! The swamp donkey? Howabout bj Flores or someone better? That is ******...much better guys than that.I know Cunningham & godrey are busy but come on there are much more deserving guys....I'd even give enzo a shot before the swamp donkey.exactly why the cw division gets no respect.

Yes. Huck's had 2 tough fights with Ramirez and Afolabi, so he's due an easier one.

It would have been fun to see him KO the glass-chinned Maccarinelli, but considering Marco fights four times a year, Huck-Richards is acceptable. In contrast, Guillermo Jones has not defended his WBA cruiserweight title since winning it in Sept 2008, some 17 months ago!

I hope the very deserving ring warrior Denis Lebedev is soon given world title shot.
