            If I remember correctly, he was ranked #2 or #3. I think Forrest was #1 but not 100% sure.

                    That is not an issue so is not at the time bro... That right there is for the whole year... Ouma lost later that year so he got dropped.... Ouma was ranked ahead of Oscar when Floyd fought Oscar....
