I think that this is noteworthy and I may even send my own 2-cents to the proper officials in Pro Boxing. JAT

You just talking out your azz, you dont know what this stuff numbs, maybe the lack of pain Floyd is feeling throughout his body is due to not being hit clean and or not taking punishment at all, ever think about that Xylocaine expert? Also, ever stop to think that if Floyd can take it, so can his opponent? So if they want to numb their whole body with Xylocaine they are free to do so, somehow it doesn't appear to help them much in the ring, not vs Floyd anyway.

It doesnt numb pain from getting hit. It numbs pain in hands during training. Cheating is having an unfair advantage against someone that is against the rules. Now if the person he is fighting follows the same guidelines they may choose to numb hands in training as well. If this was such a great benifit that you try to make it seem it is all fighters would do it. But they dont. Its only helpful if you have hand problems and need it to train. It doesnt help anyone take punches like you are trying to make it seem. Surely you can understand this?

Wow, I guess the facts I've stated is hurting your feelings in that you can't give me a reply without being rude.

Bum Rush? What does that have to do with Xylocaine? Why don't you answer my earlier question in an honest way. If you can do that, I'll have more respect for you as a poster.

Geez, you guys are so medically intelligent. A painkiller will numb the pain in your "ENTIRE BODY." If a fighter uses it, he will not feel the pain of getting hit thus giving him the advantage over the opponent. Is this hard to understand?

So for you, using painkilling drugs in boxing is not "Cheating?"

this stuff is similar to a cortizone shot, the kind of stuff they use in Soccer and in the NFL very frequently, the difference is, you cant use this during gametime/fight night. and they test for it, and even if you wanna dog the test, mayweather upped the ante on the tests as well. thus, doing this and taking it within the allowed atheletic commission guidelines is hardly cheating, if mayweather was caught within the weekly timeframe then that would be different.

So "doing pain killer" (lmao) in this instance just doesnt hold any weight. This xylocaine argument seems to be a notion perpetuated by manny lovers who are in the far right of his fanatical fanbase, to continue with it like its a legit argument at this point is just ******.

I guess boxers shouldn't be allowed to use aspirin if they get a headache during the training period either
