those who accussed pacquiao of using drugs are the very people who are dying of envy of pac's present status in boxing. but they have no proof because pac is clean all his life. delahoya and chicken floyd opened their mouth out of envy for the man. delahoya, has an axe to grind against pac because he never won a round against a fighter almost half his size. his lose to pacquiao was the most humiliating defeat. chicken floyd is so afraid to fight pac because he knew he will surely get knock out if he fight pacquiao.

chicken floyd should go to the nevada commission or shut his stinking mouth.

But Marc Ratner, CEO of the commission, said there is no violation as long as De La Hoya informed the commission when he took it and why.

Arum was not the one asking the WAIVEER It was Hauser, an Attorney. Arum does not ever know if ODLH is taking steroid. What Hauser say sign the waiver to prove if he is clean. I would say this to ODLH sign the waiver if you don't sign it you are hiding something.

What the commentator in this link failed to mention is that Manny agreed to random urine testing up to the day of the fight and random blood testing up to 24 days before the fight and right after the fight.

Floyd jr. in this case clearly used the blood test as a way to escape having to fight Manny since it is totally redundant and couldn't even catch anyone using HGH, with its record of ZERO athletes caught.

With urine testing however, they can now detect HGH, EPO and other PEDS and steroids.

Also, the 14 day testing stipulation Floyd insisted on Manny just made the blood tests totally useless. According to Victor Conte of BALCO, the company which allowed OLYMPIC ATHLETES TO ROID WITH IMPUNITY FOR YEARS WITHOUT GETTING CAUGHT, it just takes them one day to hide evidence of roid use from the athletes system.

I just cant stand hearing **** about Oscar maybe taking roids and then coupling that with Vargas, Shane, and then Margarito's wraps. These are our biggest stars. there are a few more boxers you left out that have been caught using peds or illeagal wraps. the boxing game has the ability to really hurt/disable/kill so using illgotten advantages really put the "sport" of boxing in trouble. there should be checks put in place to curb cheaters. its funny bob arum is now accusing dlh of ped use when he was his promoter. arum should be quiet like he really cares about his fighters he defended margarito after he beat the crap out of cotto. the only thing arum cares about is the almighty dollar. not any boxers health
