Erm... He's Manny's promoter. Its his job to defend his charge. Also, i don't ever remember Manny's side saying he's afraid of needles. He's been taking all the tests asked from him for YEARS without any problems whatsoever. He even allowed himself to be blood tested two days before the morales fight in which he lost. What he's afraid of is having blood taken from him, any amount so close to a fight.

all these boxers testing positive, or were using but never got caught, or cheating with illegal wraps, and who knows what other kind of **** that we dont know about. We need a real commison, the drug testing policy has to be better, and people have to really pay attention to the gloves & the wraps when they are being applied

You know this guys know a lot of boxing fans arent that intelligent, Whatever they say gets taken in and run with, Unless i see a doctor who specialise in those things say so i dont believe a thing.
