Valero is definitely not the hardest puncher. De Marco was taking his best punches, and probably could have lasted the distance or at least gotten KO'ed late. He just gave up because there was no way of winning the fight. I can name plenty of fighters stronger than Valero.

But now that I think of it, you guys are right. Diaz has seen his better days. A combination of the Campbell defeat, a KO from Marquez and an outclassing from Malignaggi (which could have been a 6th round KO defeat if Paulie had stopped clowning around) took away a lot from him. I can see Valero stopping him, or at least battering him for 12 rounds.

GBP represents everyone of these fighters, you know damn well they set all of this up with some kind of promise to Guerrero for a good $ fight down the line.

My guess is they want to get Diaz a desperately needed win in his hometown so he can become a ticket seller again.

This is such a pointless rematch, so many fighters at 135 and 140, and this is the last fight anyone asked to see. The first fight wasn't even good.

I think Katsidis might beat him now. If he can't then he hasn't improved as much as I thought he has.

All I know is that GBP promotes Guerrero, Katsidis, and Diaz... So any fights involving those 3 will be easy to make... However, would Golden boy really screw Guerrero like that? Knowing Golden boy they probably would they don't care about their fighters...

You gotta love Mick for wanting to avenge the loss even though it doesn't seem to be a great match-up for him. Hopefully this time Mick will just bring the heat and go to war with Diaz and wear him down.

            WAR KAT!!!!

Tito Trinidad is a top 3 hardest hitter W ever. he didnt drop everybody he fought at 147 you know. Demarco have a good beard, but stats dont lie, 27-0-0(27KOs= 100 % KO ratio

their first fight wasnt good? i thought it was VERY entertaining to watch...be that as it may, this is not the match that should take place again. put diaz in against valero and if he doesnt get his flabby arse into shape then let him get retired. ghost/kat should happen.

Some people will never learn. Diaz whipped his ass, and he's going to do it again.

Please do, name some of your plenty 135 pounders who you consider stronger than Valero.
