I met Winky Wright at the airport last year when I was waiting at the boarding area for my plane to Vegas. He's a very nice guy, he took photos with a couple fans. Not many people knew who he was, some thought he was a UFC fighter. He was on the same flight as me, I guess he was heading to Vegas to finish up his training there for his bout against Paul Williams.

I used to train with Danny Williams years ago when he was 15 to 17 in Brixton and have sparred with him. At the same gym I sparred with Adrian Dodson around the time he won the Olympic Bronze medal when he was called Adrian Carew. He put some serious beatings on me, he was a bit of a bastard and would not lower his power when sparring with people well below his standard.
I met John Conteh when I was caddying for my friend at First stage European Tour school when my friend was playing in the same group as his son James.
At the Pea**** gym where I train sometimes , I have met Kevin Mitchell,Scott Dixon ,Eric Teymour, Gary Delaney, Akaash Bhatia and trainers Jimmy and Mark Tibbs + others.

I nearly got into a row once with Rocky Kelley,I was in a cafe in Fulham and was looking at him trying to place his face and he got pissed off with me and came over and said 'what you looking at". I suddenly remembered who he was and said you are Rocky Kelley. After that he was fine. He was labouring at the time.
