I disagree with you guys who say that size is not a factor. It is a factor and not only that but because of his size, he is bringing more force with it. I mean, there might be a FW who fights like Pac to but should Floyd use him? At some point its just not the same, no matter how much alike the guy fights. I just dont believe in WW's sparring with LW's and so on.

Its like some on here tried to say that so & so should use Guzman when they spar for a Floyd fight. Yeah they may fight similar but when you add on Floyd's size, its just not the same fight at all. That sparring will hurt more than help. Pac doesnt have to use his size but that doesnt mean he's not clearly bigger, stronger, and more forceful than Valero. Sergio Martinez doesnt use his size either but that doesnt mean you can spar with a 140 pounder to replicate him. Its just not the same. In most cases guys would rather spar with someone bigger who fights like that same guy, not someone smaller

Indeed he is a good sparring partner in preparation for pac but he lacks the speed which is the most important attribute of pac.

your right size is a factor but in Guzman's case it is a bit misleading I remember on his last fight with funeka, both guys were weighing more than 150lbs on fight night...

IMHO Guzman is one of the better sparring partners you can choose in preparation versus Floyd...

Doug is the biggest Valero nuthugger in the net, IMHO his comments on Valero are not really realiable ...
