Last time I heard Mayweather used him for Juan Manuel Marquez for their July 18th bout..for some "odd" reason..Mayweather asked for it to be made in September instead due to some injury..

Mayweather has never used Valero as a sparring partner. With Valero being a southpaw it would make absolutely no sense to use him for Marquez anyway.

the injury is fake.. i thought this was cleared already.

the injury was a set-up, it even leaked out a few days before the the press-con, that either JMM or Floyd will play injured, but since it may affect the odds even more if JMM will be playing injured, they decided Floyd should play that role.
