Let's return to reality for a second and admit just what constitutes a "fair ref" in any sport: basically any ref who happens to pass a ruling that agrees with your point of view. People will forever accuse refs of being bought or crooked. You'll never please everyone.

I never caught much of the Vargas scandal, I know he has come clean now though and has been for a while and he got a clean slate. It would probably be best for Toney as well, whether he was really juiced or not we will never know and can only go by the test results but if Toney keeps blaming other things and people then the people will not forget. However, if he just says hey I tried it because I was grossly out of shape and as you can see it didnt help me any with my body and I apologize lets move on. Then perhaps he would be cleared from the publics view as well.

With the way everyone is pinpointing on certain factors except Toney himself will continously leave him scrutinized.
