I doubt Toney took those drugs. You can test positive just by cutting to much weight and being dehyraded. And Pretender Ruiz is by far the biggest peice of crap of a heavyweight champ ever. Let's return to reality for a second and admit just what constitutes a "fair ref" in any sport: basically any ref who happens to pass a ruling that agrees with your point of view. People will forever accuse refs of being bought or crooked. You'll never please everyone.
