The fight was never signed or announced.

The fights listed on boxrec are only because they've both agreed to fight on a King card in July. Any talk of them fighting eachother on that card was only speculation, because to fight eachother in a main event King would have to put up more Money, and this is a Kingvision Card, not HBO.

that's very true, can you imagine how hard some of these sports stars work, only to see some cheat take away their title, or whatever it may be? it shouldn't matter wheather or not people like ruiz, you have to win CLEAN, or else your just plain and simple a cheat, theres no justifacation for it, it's also not a good example to set to his young fans.
