Jose Bonilla, the trainer for former champion Carlos Quintana, is not happy with a recent offer for a possible fight with junior middleweight prospect Vanes Martirosyan. This would be a waste of oppotunity.
Quintana has been on the shelf for the better part of 2 years and didn't look 100% against Feliciano. He would outclass Vanes at this point and should stay busy. Williams, Cintron, Foreman, Cotto, and Martinez are all busy with fights coming up. They should take this in the mean time.

That's ******. Vanes is a prospect that's held in high regard.
Quintana hasn't fought a live body in a year and a half.
If Quintana just outclassed Vanes it would get him RIGHT back in the picture. Now he's just gonna continue to be on the sidelines waiting for something to happen instead of making **** happen.
Quintana is looking like a fool on this one.

People just see it as a drop in pay rather than a big fight.
