Freddie Roach? MMA is supposed to be better than boxing according to them, are they hypocrits? All that trash talking they do about boxing, yet they go to a boxing gym to learn how to fight.

Same reason they go to a BJJ trainer or Muay Thai trainer, to improve in that area of fighting and become a complete MMA fighter.

MMA fighters are more squared up because it is easier to throw kicks/knees in that stance as well as shoot in for a take down or defend one. There not as mobile or smooth as boxers because the other aspects of MMA wont allow them to be.

Well you know what I mean. They try to improve in as many fighting styles as they can. Of course they will never be good at all styles.
