to get that job would require a great deal of favoritism, affirmitive action in this instance wouldnt happen

terrible example. You dont need to retake a bar exam, its difficult enough in the first place, not to mention countless people have failed that thing multiple times, if you passed it, you passed it.

      Terrible analogy on all fronts.
I saw where he was going with that analogy, he specifically used the word performance/competence, which the BAR exam judges.

But try this one and it's realistic because it's current: SHOULD ***** HAVE TO PROVIDE HIS BIRTH CERTIFICATE TO PROVE TO BIRTHERS,*************,TEA-BAGGERS OR **********S THAT HE IS AN AMERICAN CITIZEN?

Rumors of him not being a US citizen have floated around for the past two years. Should he provide it just to assuage those who are basing their assumptions on rumors and innuendo?

Lol ask an attorney sitting before a judge if it feels like a 12 round fight.

Team Pacquiao lie, *******s lie, numbers don't lie.

Check out the PPV buys because millions of people love watching this boring ass boxer more than Manny.

Floyd's random blood test right before the fight is the dumbest demand in boxing history. It's simple economics. If manny was on something and it got detected before the fight the fight would be off and floyd loses his biggest payday. A blood test immediately after the fight (which Pac agreed too) is the best option as it would detect anything that enhanced the performance for the actual fight and could have a huge penalty attached to it. Floyd should have settled with that and demanded Pac pay 10 or 20 mill if anything comes out in that test.

Floyd saying he agreed to all Pac's demand is a joke. YEA YOU HAVE TO PAY 10M A POUND OVER 147. You just fought a catch weight fight at 144 that you purposely missed and came in at 146. If YOU CAN'T MAKE 147 FOR THE BIGGEST FIGHT OF YOUR CAREER YOU ARE A ****ING JOKE. FLOYD EASILY MAKES 147 AND THE ONLY REASON FOR THAT DEMAND WAS THAT SO HE COULDN'T CHEAT AND TRY TO COME IN A COUPLE POUNDS HEAVIER LIKE HE DID FOR MARQUEZ.

I REALLY HOPE THAT MOSLEY COMES IN HUNGRY AS HELL FOR THIS FIGHT AND KNOCKS THIS LITTLE FRAUD ***** OUT.

You're a **********? My next question is why lol?

Every time I think of the word **********, two things come to mind...someone who lives out in the middle earth and a plumber.

Some of you pacfans is crazy you guys are talking about murders and ***** this **** has nothing to do with non of that. All Floyd asked was for both fighters to be tested is it really that wrong that he wanted both fighters tested? What is the problem with that?

This should be interesting....what about Reagan? Cutting funding of social programs that helped lower income families? Deregulation? What did you like about him I'm just curious.... I thought he was at his best when he was making spaghetti westerns.
