For example: if a black man becomes partner a a law firm, and one of the white partners doesn't think he got the promotion based on performance, but because he's black, and insist that he takes the bar exam over to prove it, does he do it. NO!

Its about principle, not about trying to prove someone wrong. Floyd should have tried to clean up the sport when he was fighting Gatti, Baldomir, Judah, Dela Hoya etc.
To become a partner in a law firm, that usally means you are already a ****ing lawyer, thus, retaking the bar exam would be frivelous, choosing a partner in a law firm is almost never based on performence but usually based on the choice of whoever the head(s) of the firm are in the first place.

to get that job would require a great deal of favoritism, affirmitive action in this instance wouldnt happen

terrible example. You dont need to retake a bar exam, its difficult enough in the first place, not to mention countless people have failed that thing multiple times, if you passed it, you passed it.

    Terrible analogy on all fronts.

      its an analogy dummy,

just as Pac doesnt need to take additional test to fight when he never tested positive for anything.

And taking a blood test doesn't cause one to lose fights either, unless you believe the bullsh-t that comes outta Pac's mouth

If Pac agreed to the testing how could Mayweather diminish anything? Is Shane Mosley diminished because he's taking the test? Now if Shane ran from the test then he'd look su****ious wouldn't he?

very ****** example from a very ****** person i assume. the best part is that you keep copying and pasting this crap. it is beyond the realm of normality to carry the same strength, let alone develop even more strength, as you move up in weight. Therefore, reason enough for anyone fighting you to ask for additional testing since the current testing system sucks..just ask mosley how many test he passed while being dirty. Manny ****ed everything..the fight, his reputation...good job manny..cant blame him on this one though..manny knows himself he is dumber than a rock..but his advisers really dropped the ball on this one...sueing floyd? lmao..he should add team pac to his own defamation suit...they did the most damage.

In it's purest, simplest form, the bottom line doesn't change. If Pacquiao really isn't hiding anything and agrees to random blood testing, the same blood testing that Floyd would also be subject to, we'd have a fight on March 13th. I can't think of a single person on this planet that wouldn't take a guaranteed 25 million dollar drug test (worth potentially 40 mil), unless they had something to hide. Floyd agreed to that ridiculous "10 mil per pound over the limit" clause, so I put this completely on Manny.

Yeah that's YOU. YOU'RE probably dead broke or in debt and the 25M sounds fantastic for YOU. Pac being a local billionaire did the right thing by standing his ground and proves he's not desperate. Having pride is not giving in to your opponent's ridiculous demands, especially if you've been clean you're whole career. Floyd needs Pac more than Pac needs Floyd. True story.

Let me ask you this. Say you are a suspect in a **** and murder. You have a alibi but the only way to truly clear your name is to take a DNA test because they found DNA at the scene. Out of pride because you know you didn't do it, do you take a DNA test to 100% prove your innocence or do you go to trial without taking the DNA test and take your chances with your alibi because your pride won't let take the test?

To prove I didn't do it I am taking the DNA test.
