whoever Floyld fight he will have an advantage, because that man has mad skills, he has been honing them since his childhood, that comes fom day and night of trianing and being around skilled boxers and learning the right way from day one.

I hate to admit it but Flyd if right. Shane will be too slow for him he knows it, and he will take advantage of it come fight night.

People are giving Shane too much credit for his win against Margarito, but Floyd is a totally different fighter.

i agree, the only thing though is that shane is the most experienced and best fighter floyd has ever face. floyd has beaten a lot of his opponents very easily but most of them were just not that good or in the marquez case, just way smaller. i do think shane is being over hyped for the marg him, i think margs was perfect for shane, not to mention i just didn't think he looked like the margarito that was in the ring with cotto. i think it could be a very tough fight for floyd, on the other hand i wont be suprised if floyd easily beats him.

yeah but i dont respect him because he ruins the sport that he made millions off. he was going to fight de la hoya again, no one like the first fight. before mosley he wasn't willing to fight the guys that any true boxing fan would want to see him in the ring with, especially cotto. i mean he retired saying he had nothing to prove yet there was another undefeated WW , that many believed was as good as floyd, and he just ignored it. and when he came out of retirement he said he was going to try and fight oscar again. he says it himself he is all business, and that is part of boxing, but its not the whole sport.

The fight with Manny fell through, so he now fighting Shane, the next BEST thing. He will fight Shane and Manny this year, there should be NO complaints at all.

Hello everyone. I think this will be a great test of skills. Shane's left hook vs Floyd's straight right. Shane has the granite chin, but Floyd has that nasty elbow to block-wonder what ref they choose (critical for Shane IMO). Most important to me is that after Shane left LW, he stopped putting punches together & relies on 2-3 shots. (IMO) Fewer punches thrown goes in favor of the sharpshooter+ Both fighters accomodate clinching which could slow it down (provided the 3rdman) Sad the way the fight got signed, but great that it finally did. Both fighter's toughest test (IMO).

agreed delahoya gave mayweather all kinds of problems for at least the first 7 rnds, i see no reason why mosley wont do the same , or even win, mayweather has only faced gattis (rip) in the last decade, this is a major test. if he blows through shane then he beats pac easily also.
