I'm more concerned of the absence of public disclosure clause. It's like they are still retaining control on what to disclose and what to hide. If this will be a precedent for future drug testing, that is not good. Again, I'm just going by the premise that the contents of the article is true.Comment

How is it not random? Also, the article is dumb. I think he misinterpeted what the guy was trying to tell him. I think Floyd is in control just means that they will have the full blown testing done.
Also, we all have to remember the main main main point. Floyd has to do it also. All that dumb stuff about being a hypocrite makes no sense because Floyd was going to take the same exact testComment
