What Mayweather will be able to do is to select the Agency that will conduct the testing e.g if he selects the USADA then neither him nor Mosley will know when they have to be tested and cannot dictate when and where they will be tested. Floyd has COMPLETE CONTROL of any extracurricular testing. that means including the "random" portion of it. He has the option of hiring USADA as the testing agency but keeping control of testing dates if he wishes. He also has the option to defer testing dates to whatever agency he decides if he wishes.
