Could Sweet Pea outbox the Filipino god?

    Personally I think he could.
He was a fast defensive genious and only had real trouble with strong tall fighters.
I mean I felt Whitaker beat Julio Cesar Chavez (that was no draw). Chavez was 87-0 when they fought.
But the real honesty (and this is no hate) is when we do all of these fantasy fights we usually say Prime So and So vs Prime Whoever.....and it is so hard to do that with Manny because its more like Roided Manny or Regular Manny...and that sucks because most fighters dont get into their primes like Pac does at around the 50 pro fights mark(most of them get old). But anyway what do you think?

This is a mythical fight created by a Pac hater so of course he could. Pac would have no chance. He would get schooled...blah blah blah!

Probably. I'd make him the favorite over Pacquiao.

I've underrated Pacquiao many times so I'll say he's competitive, but drops a decision.

Whitaker was not some purely defensive fighter without much offense. He had a great jab, nice workrate, very good bodypuncher, underrated strength. Nice left hand power when he loaded up on it.

I agree but I dont think Sweet Pea would KO Pac. I think it would be a UD.

On the real, I think if Pac don't knock him out early, he'd lose in a SD. Sweet is the best defensive fighter I've ever seen. Both southpaws and both about the same size and speed. He would be a hard target for Pac. He said it himself, "even God can't hit me" (or something like that.
