if floyd can't beat shane toe to toe,

then floyd won't stand a chance against pacquiao.

    reasons: between mosley and pacman.

    handspeed goes to pacman
quickness and lateral movements goes to the pacman again.

if you guys think that mayweather could outbox pacman, you are wrong....

manny is one of the very few who's got a high boxing IQ. some of you would say , floyd will potshot manny whille he is on the attack....
sad truth is if that happens, and floyd refuses to fight manny toe to toe, judges would award the win to manny, be it unanimous or split......

so the only way floyd can beat manny is to knock him out... which means going toe to toe, fightin an eye for an eye, which all of us would agree it won't happen in a million years.

    summarize:

toe to toe, manny vs floyd= floyd gets koed

floyd potshotting and refusing to go toe to toe= judges would award win to manny, as they're tired of that floyd's antics.

        point here though....

judges wont see it that way, it will be the judges that would nail floyd down...

that gives a possibility of floyd vs. many 2.

You create a false premise and then attempt to reach a conclusion based on it.

Floyd doesn't need to stand toe-to-toe like an unintelligent boxer. He land stiff sharp right hands, left hooks, and counters and wins a good clean decision.

Your entire argument fails after your first sentence. Don't create strawmen.

The #1 sign of a high boxing IQ is the ability to make adjustments.

The #1 sign of making adjustments is how a fighter peforms in a rematch.

Both Marquez fights were almost carbon copies of each other. Over 24 rounds Pacquiao could make no real differences and proved to all intelligent boxing observers that he has an extremely difficult and dynamic style, but CANNOT adjust to his opponent. His ring IQ is not on par with a fighter like Mayweather who has shown the ability not only to make adjustments from fight to fight (Mayweather-Castillo I and II) but from ROUND-TO-ROUND (Mayweather-Hatton Mayweather-Judah Mayweather-De La Hoya Mayweather-Chavez).

You are out of your league talking boxing when your arguments are so fundamentally flawed, and easily taken apart.

Why would Floyd fight Pac toe-to-toe if he knows he can beat him fighting outside and in the pocket? Some *******s don't realize that Floyd has amazing ring IQ. If he can't one way to beat you, he'll find another way in real time. I love Pac but he's the type of boxer that truly needs guidance in between rounds.

Manny was outboxed by Marquez and Marquez looked like **** against Floyd. Manny can be aggressive, but how many of his punches are actually going to connect? Floyd is not going to come forward and stay right in front of Manny like most fighters.
