Man I hate it when people say that more than anything. Its the same thing people said about Pac. Why do people think that Floyd will get killed toe to toe with everyone? He's the most skilled guy in the game. Stop always thinking everything is about power. Its not. He can stand in the pocket and still basically block every single shot from Shane & Pac and then counter right back with accuracy. Its so dumb when people say that he would quickly get knocked out toe to toe. He's also much more stronger than people give him credit for. I think he will go toe to toe alot in both fights but if he doesnt, its because he chooses not to. Dont automatically jump to say that it means he knows he will get KO or that he definitely will. No one is going to stop him like that

i think he will only for short bursts during the middle rounds, mosley is too good of a fighter not too press him and when he does he will exchange and it will be fun to watch,i also think some people dont give floyd props for his chin, hes been caught on it a few times and took it well, corley, judah, castillo and a few others all caught him on the chin

Would Pacquiao use a philly shell, run around and pot shot against Clottey?

Floyd is undefeated and never got his ass beat up like Manny got beat up.

Floyd showed the whole world he can go toe to toe with fighters, when he fought in lower weight classes.

No reason to go toe to toe with anyone, when you're a great defensive fighter. Getting beat up and taking punishment is not good for your health and career.

Come on, it would be incredibly ****** if Floyd tried to brawl with Shane. He isn't awful at it or anything but there's a reason he doesn't brawl, he isn't great at it. Shane Mosley WANTS a brawl, it's what he does best. Same with Pacquiao, he does what he can to instigate toe to toe exchanges.

You say Floyd would be able to just sit in front of Mosley or Pacquiao and just pick off their shots while at the same time landing anything of significance back? Floyd is far from unhittable, he would take some big shots he is not used to taking, if engaged in a brawl with Mosley and Pac it would not favor him in the least.

Yeah, because youve seen Floyd get hit clean so much. He has pretty much mastered his D against righties. I dont hardly see any righty in history being able to hit a prime non rusty Floyd clean. They can land but they are mostly going to be catching gloves & shoulders. I think you will be shocked in this fight at the amount of in-fighting and how hard it is for Shane to hit Floyd clean while Floyd is landing clean blows that everyone can see. Pac is a little different because he's Southpaw but after 4 rounds at the most, he wouldnt be landing much either on the inside. I truly believe that Floyd ends up walking him down over the 2nd half of the fight and stopping him whenever they meet up.

Im not saying Floyd is going to brawl with Shane but he wont be running and there will be times in this fight where he will sit down with him in the middle of the ring and on the ropes and I bet anything he wins nearly all of those exchanges
