Floyd Doesnt go toe to toe with anyone anymore.. which is why he's such a great defensive fighter.. he knows not to go to war.. He will not go toe to toe with Shane.. thats a knockout waiting to happen..

well. what happened to the idea that floyd has got better handspeed and reflexes if he can't even try to beat mosley to the punch?

Shane is a better brawler. Floyd's handspeed and reflexes fit his style, if he tries to brawl he simply has never done it enough to be effective against a guy who wants to brawl like Mosley. Not to mention Floyd isn't strong enough to keep Mosley's respect in a brawl.

hell no.....he would'nt even do it with jmm which is way less dangerous fighter than shane at ww......the only way floyd goes toe to toe is if he's fighting a corrales, gatti and augustus kinda fighters......

Floyd uses his gifts to frustrate his opponents by lulling the action. He can beat Shane to the punch one shot at a time and do it safely. If he got greedy with it trying to slug Shane can land one to Floyd's 2 and still ice him. Shane has better chin and more pop.
