I wonder if Floyd has seen a recent picture of Ricky Hatton. Looking at Hatton now there is no way he should fight again unless he needs the loot, if he does he should just milk it avoiding anyone to tough before cash out time.

He has over 30 million pounds in the bank, he doesn't need the money.

If he wants to become a real promoter he needs a real large bankroll and the ability to weather the storms that will come up.

lately roys has only had problems with high punch output fighters or heavy punchers. hopkin is neither. neither fighter is known for pushin the pace so roy wont hav to use his legs. and roy is still one of the fastest if not the fastest LHW. i think it will still be competitive. better then the first fight IMO

Losing that first fight to Mayweather was a big blow to Hatton. The guy was like 43 something and 0 and then he got beaten up pretty good. Forget about the start, after Mayweather got giong he destroyed him. Big Psychological hurdle to overcome if you ask me. Once a fighter loses in than manner, he is not the same guy.

exaxtly, he doesnt want his fans last memory of him in the ring to be of him flat on his back almost dead. i dont think he can make 140 anymore but if he can he should stay away from the A fighters
