Honestly......after he refused to agree to something as simple as random blood testing. His laughable excuses did not help either. This did not blow up into a big issue becasue of Big floyd. He made those allegations right after the Cotto fight.....was there a big frenzy....no.....it exploded into an issue months later in Jan after team Pac called of the fight because of it.

I think you'll see some rule changes at the NSAC soon, with enough pressure from promoters and the public. I think they should have it, as well and when it does happen I say Manny won't have a problem taking the test.

I'm hoping I'll get a boxing fan's answer and not a hugger or a hater response.

I'll start - I think Manny will do the test because it is within the NSAC rules. He has never rejected any tests from them, from what I recall. He has done every test that has been asked of him by the commission of the state he is fighting in.

If the NSAC orders the random blood testing with no cutoff date, do you think Pac will take the test? What say you?

If i go by all the excuses that was put out by Team Pacquiao then i would guess he might have to retire to be honest.

I'm sure it did, no doubt. But I think he is saying no to Floyd out of pride but he would gladly say yes if the NSAC ordered it.

Unlikely. The guy loves to fight and has taken all the tests required by NSAC and I'm sure if they ever introduce random blood testing, he won't have a problem abiding by it. I think his problem was abiding by Floyd. I can understand the logic. We've all done it. The more you're told what to do, the less chance you would do it. But most of us are also law abiding and would gladly follow rules and regulations if keeps us out of trouble. It's just human nature.

To Floyd, Manny says no. To NSAC, Manny says yes. This is just my opinion, what's yours?

Okay, Some of his excuse would affect him taking the test if i have to believe him and some of the things is team said to the media, they said manny is afraid of needle/blood (that isnt going to change) If NSAC implement random blood test because manny would still be afraid of needle, They said he wants a cut-off date (that isnt going to change) because manny doesnt want blood draw so close to a fight because he believe it would weaken him.

Manny is superstitious and i also believe that isnt going to change when NSAC starts implementing blood testing, So my thinking is he would have only 1 or 2 fights left in the near future or he would retire to stop himself getting scared from those needle, supertitions or him being weaken by blood drawn.

I agree some of the excuses were kind of weak but I think anything they would have said would have been criticized because Floyd and his fans just wouldn't take a simple "No, thanks. BTW, if Nevada ever need one, we'll do it." response.
