It is his fear of Manny that will change boxing. You think they will remember the guy who was afraid or the guy that caused the fear. They have the "Jordan rules" in basketball, they will have the "Pacquiao rules" in boxing. They will remember the reason why drug testing change has come about. They will only credit Floyd if Manny takes the test and is positive. If it becomes Mandatory and Manny tests negative, it will be to Manny's credit that it came about.
