most people forget rule changes, almost 100 years later you probably have no idea that jack dempsey was the one who pushed for the neutral corner after a knockdown rule, a rule he would foolishly violate in his gene tunney rematch. in the end, nobody will care all that much UNLESS pacquiao never takes the tests or he pops positive.

Floyd would of requested better drug testing for either Manny or Shane. Floyd has always spoken out about Shane's past PED usage, without a doubt he would of made Shane agree to Olympic testing.
