Its pretty simple, Pacquiao took on legit hall of famers & succeeded in various weight class & did it all in memorable & spectacular fashion. The two year retirement by floyd when the division he was fighting in was the hottest in boxing really hurt him. He could have easily won this award had he taken on at least one of the main welterweights at the time. A win over either margarito,mosley, cotto, paul williams, would have been enough to win the award. He retired & basically allowed pacquiao to become the global superstar & icon that he is in the sport today.

after the 1st JMM fight, I think pacquiao fought like 7 -8 times without facing the top contender of the division he was in....

You single out 00-03, how about the rest of the decade? I think you are trying too hard to discredit the guy. As for morales being washed up, pacquioa had a lot to do with it. All those fighters & fights you mentioned is highly debatable.

Pac defeated 3 lineal champs and 6 division titlists with better win-loss records over the decade, and he did it in spectacular fashion. If that is nothing to you, then your **** must be gold, asswipe. Face it, *****. Your boy came up second best. The best that you can do is push him to step up to the plate. He still has time to cement his own legacy.
