I dont think so... I think you'd be praising Pacquiao saying, "Manny has balls to fight Shane, a true warrior... this is gonna be a great fight... blah blah blah"

It didnt matter who Floyd chose to fight you guys woulda found something to critisize Floyd about because "most" of you are not boxing fans but Manny Pacquioao fans... How could you as a supposed boxing fan be praying so bad for the downfall of this fight and when it does get signed you stilled discredit Floyd for it... Yeah I'm a big fan of Floyd's but when Pacquiao and Cotto's fight got made last August I was soooo happy and I couldnt wait until it happened, I even praised Manny for taking the fight... Alot of you guys are digusting

True story.......also i give Pac full credit for clottey...have from day 1.....Clottey is a top class opponent...........

Very few people, Paq fans or otherwise, are cutting on Floyd for signing on to fight SSM. I am a huge Paq fan, and I am glad to see Floyd fight SSM, I give him props for finally fighting a legitimate welterweight. I would not say for one second that SSM is old or washed up, I think he is top notch. Quit imagining persecution where there is none.

I did not see many pacfans calling mosley old or over the hill fighter. What i saw was most pacfanatics bashing floyd for taking too long to sign and seal the fight. If you were looking at oneliner pacfans, thats your fault and many more of those are coming your way. And the other thing here, most pacfans are mosley fans. i can almost tell you that.

And no, i will not call mosley old at all. He gave hell to everybody he have faced in his last 7 or 8 bouts.

Mosley is too old and past his prime but i hope he wins thou. This is a good fight but should have happened years ago when mosley was still prime.

              Agree with this!

noone was claiming floyd/shane would be a ufc fight. You and I both know Mayweather's gameplan against Mosley is very clear and one in which he has a very decisive advantage because Mosley no longer has the footspeed to catch up with floyd when he gets on his bike nor the quickness at this stage of his career to time floyd's potshots properly and counter.

Whereas Pacquiao would attempt to beat Mosley at his own game.

It doesnt matter to me if Floyd sign a contract to fight Shane all I know is that he is the bigest Maricon boxer around... fighting mostly undersized , underweight ,overage challenger....

You do know there's a difference between style and range. Mosley likes to hit hard and hit often. Which is exactly what Pacquiao would like to do more effectively against Mosley. Just up at a closer range that would make Mosley uncomfortable. as opposed to floyd's style of hoppin on his bike and letting mosley come to him and potshotting.
