Lets make it simple. Unless floyd saw pac taking steriods with his own eyes, he is just like you and his followers, suspecting. You need proof, solid evidence to convict a guy.

I know this fight will never happen, because Pacquiao will never agree to the testing, why is anyone's guess but I will say this;

Nothing that any man can say or says about Pacquiao can cast a bigger shadow over his legacy then his own actions. Any fighter who's clean would jump at the chance to prove his accusers wrong, take the test and shut everyone up as well as make the biggest payday of his life and cement his legacy by beating an undefeated p4p fighter. 14 days IMHO is enough time to recover from a little needle, and again these would be random testing, meaning that there no guarantee that he would even be tested that close to the event.

I've said this before and I'll say it again, I'm am a huge Pacquiao fan and I hope all of his accomplishment have come from hard work, but I can't help but wonder what he had & still has to hide that makes him give up a historical event and a chance to truly be mentioned among the GOAT.

If the allegations came from a man/men with integrity Pac might prove himself to them. You know the reason for these allegations, its just an alibi to back up the possible loss of floyd. If pac lost to cotto you wouldnt be hearing those accusations.
