ACTUALLY no boxer is in the "right" to decline a blood test. especially a 14 cut date one. this is a physical sport which have killed plenty people. to deny a blood test assuring a level playing field and sportsmanship at it's highest level is disgusting. it makes my SKIN crawl.....

Well, every boxer has the right to decline a blood test because it is not currently required by the state or boxing commissions. It is up to the fighters to agree on it, like how catchweights are agreed upon. Which sucks really.

But your point stands. There's been too many athletes found to have taken illegal performance enhancers, and testing in boxing for these substances is lacking compared to other sports. There should be a more through testing implemented. I believe it will be good for boxing in the long run.

In Mosley's case however, he isn't in a moral high ground to refuse because he actually has been involved in it before.

i don't think fighters have the right to deny a 14 day cut off blood test without getting plenty of hate. especially when their "superstars" and role models in the sport (most clean fighters wouldn't care about taking one anyway) a blood test is a looooot more serious then a "catchweight" pac doesn't have a moral high to me. i don't actually know pac personally. i don't actually know who he is as a person. he could be putting on a fake personalty in front of the public's eye while in realty he could have all kinds of negative ways.

i just think that it's ridiculous to deny the world the chance of seeing that you're a clean fighter. instead you will go to court to put a gag order on the people that u want shut up.

Just a lil while ago there were people saying that Floyd would
duck Shane and now that he has signed to fight Shane, Mosley
is shot? What kind of Boxing fans would dim the shine of a very
good and long awaited match up like this one? I think Shane
would still kick Pacquiao's ass even at this age and stage in his
career. If Shane was truly shot then Pac would have fought
him because Roach would see an easy win and Mosley made
the most sense status wise but guess what? The fight NEVER
happened so we know how good Shane still is. After Shane
dominated Antonio Margarito, Manny Pacquiao went on record
and said that he is not interested in fighting Shane? The best
at 147 he didn't want no part of? I'm not saying this to rag
on Pac but come on guys! Pacquiao walked away from a Mosley
and Floyd fight and their fighting each other TWO OF THE BEST

On point. I know exactly how you feel. Its just that no matter what Mayweather does people will hate. When and if Mayweather fights Pac and wins, they will down play that and move on to PWILL or someone at MW or SMW etc etc etc... Pacs name will have fallen off the face of the earth if Floyd beats him.

i see forest and winky beatin money i don't know bout cotto even before the hand wrap's i think cotto would have had problems with the speed and elusiveness of money but money only was in the ring with to guy's bigger then him and that was hoya and chico but hoya was older but i still give him credit for that but chico was chinny had alot of heart but was very chinny
