Well it is always something when the boxing experts of NSB predict a fight wrong.

I mean Barrera 5'6" just fought 5'10" Amir Kahn.

Sharmba Mitchell 5'7" fought 6'1" Paul Williams.

Miguel Cotto 5'7" fought 5'11" Antonio Margarito.

Even Joan Guzman 5'7" fought 6'1" Ali Funeka.

So whats the deal with Manny Pacquiao saying Yuri Foreman is too tall?
It has niothing to do with the height, he just probably realizes that 154 is too much weight for him to carry and is probably not a smart move for him. He is already a small welter, why would he pushn his luck on a move to 154. Besides the bigger fights arev at 147 right now.

What you fail to realize is that Yuri would not have asked Manny to give blood, so he could have just taken some more PED's and just cleaned his urine, "tested clean" and came in with an advantage. No problem.
So you can't come up with a more reasonable, subjective, and logical rebutal and so you just decided to be ******. Fair enough, ****** is ****** does.

I think it's a ***** move not to fight because of height. Theres no restriction on heights. If you can make the weight, you can fight at that weight. Anyone who ducks you is a ***** IMO.

And all those shorter fools got their asses kicked.

Pac would need to start putting change in his pockets again to fight 154.

his concern was not that he can't beat yuri.

his concern was that with the way yuri fights and with his height and size advantages , the fight might be boring.

he didn't say he was scared of foreman and that he thought yuri would beat him because of his height.

he was concerned it might be boring. he picked clottey because he thought it'd be a more exciting fight.
Do you seriously believe that he picked the fight because it's more exciting for the fans? He picked it because Clottey is slow and stationary compared to Yuri. Don't tell me he wouldn't jump at the chance to win a title in 8 weight classes if he didn't think he could win.

they asked him about 154 before there was even talk of yuri foreman.

                  what did he say?

no. i think 147 is it.

So Manny stating and insisting that 147lbs is the highest weight that he will go up to doesn't mean anything to you. Did it even slightly register at all with you that 154lbs is too much for him already, i mean it's not that hard to understand what Manny meant when he said that 147lbs is his limit, that's it, not 154lbs, not 160lbs, just 147lbs. Anything, anybody home, Bueller, anyone.
