Why did they only revoke (and look up exactly what revoke means) his license for a year? Why not longer?? For this reason i think he should get it back. If after all the evidence was heard they came back and said we will revoke your lisense for a year, there must not have been sufficient evidence to make it a longer ban. Simple logic.

To me if he got caught with loaded gloves, he should be banned. I mean look @ the history here.

Ali gets banned for his remarks for a war this country shouldn't have been in.
It took years for him to get his liscense back. He had to go all the way to the supreme court to get the ruling over turned.

Now you have history on hbo of people openly admitting to having loaded gloves. When they used it and against which opponent. This is a dangerous sport as it is. W/O loaded gloves fighters can still suffer from brain damage. If that was you, your brother, your father, your cousin, or your friend who fell victim to a person who was caught loading there gloves would you be ok with it?

I have no sympathy for the actions of Margarito and his trainer in the Cotto incident, and he should be receiving a substantial punishment. Being allowed to box now seems like letting him get off the hook cheap.
