Former two-time heavyweight champion John Ruiz doesn't think Antonio Margarito should be allowed to box again. Margarito is likely going to be licensed to fight in the state of Texas and appeared on the Manny Pacquiao-Joshua Clottey pay-per-view on March 13 at Cowboys Stadium. Margarito had his license revoked last February for a year.
