LOL, its about time somebody told it like it is, everybody wants to make it seem like Floyd backed out of the Manny fight. Floyd tried bending over backwards to make that fight happen. 1st is was the glove issue, Floyd wanted 10oz, manny wanted 8oz, they were going to fight in 8oz gloves. Then it was the purse split, floyd wanted it 60-40, manny wanted 50-50, they agreed to 50-50. Then it was the ridiculous "pay 10 million per pound floyd was over the weight limit come time for the weigh in." This was AFTER, Freddie Roach said in numerous interviews after the mayweather/marquez fight that if floyd came in over weight he would simply walk away.

For all you HATERZ, it only seems like the only demand floyd made, or should i say, that he wouldnt want to agree too was the random blood test. To me Bob Arum ****ed this fight up more than any of the 2 fighters. But as a fan of both mayweather and pacquaio, 14 days seems more than fair to me. Mayweather wanted testing up until fight night, and manny wanted a cut off date off a month. So why not meet half way. In all honestly Mayweather reluctantly accepted to all their terms why not accept this one from mayweather.

You have a mediator try to work out an agreement for over 9hrs, and the two sides cant come to an agreement, but the next day the mediator himself had to release a statement to the press stating how Pacquiaos side was not all that forthcoming about what transpired during that meeting. Honestly, after hearing that, i think its safe to say who really didnt want this fight.

Truth be told that if this was Mayweather refusing random blood test, after pacquiao agreed to all of his demands, you guys would be burying mayweather. He got buried for asking when it is known that the system in place is a joke, and numerous fighters have admitted to beating the system. Instead of people beating up floyd for the fight not taking place, where is the public outcry for manny refusing to take random blood test. You know why, because his legacy means more to him then floyd, and for most sports fans in america, i mean the die hard sport fans. I think the only thing more shocking to hear if manny pacquiao tested positive for steriods, would be to hear that somebody like Derek Jeter was using it too.

Bottom line its hard to say now that Mayweather wanted out of this fight, when he signed to fighter a harder and tougher fighter than manny is. Correct me if im wrong but didnt Clottey lose his last fight to the guy that manny just demolished. And you guys wanna talk about somebody stepping up the competition.

uh actually Manny fought way better opponents.morales 3 times,marquez twice,barrera,cotto,solis.now im not upset im just an pbf hater..i can admit that!

You don't have a clue what you are talking about. There is no way in hell anyone who knows anything about boxing would say that Morales, Barrerra and Cotto were better fighters than Genaro Harnandez, Diego Corrales and Jose Luis Castille. The fact that you actually threw Jorge Solis' name in as a comparison to these other great fighters totally discredits anything you could possibly say. What makes the situation even worse is that Floyd fought those guys when they were in their primes while Manny fought Morales, Barerra, and Cotto when they were on the down side of their careers.
