The only problem I see JMM having is the weight class. if he doesn't come in fat like he did against Floyd, then JMM gets Khan outta there in the late rounds.
Cause fighting JMM at 140 is absolutely nothing like fighting him at 130 or 135. JMM is not a p4p fighter at 140 and above, he is too small and doesn't have the speed to make up for it. Khan has a huge height advantage and this could be a relatively easy win for him.

A BARRERA JOB ON MARQUEZ?? What's he gonna do, give him a head-butt in the first round, try to win a Tech Decision and then run away from a rematch?! Roach is in over his head. He didn't want to take a Maidana fight cuz he wasn't a known fighter. Khan is a nobody also.. Marquez has nothing to gain and a lot to lose. I hope Marquez doesn't take this fight, even though he'll beat the **** out of him!

This is probably the hardest fight available to him rather than fighting a relatively unknown mandatory. This fight for kahn makes business sense and is a REAL step up for him. Do so called fighter fans even support young boxers anymore???? Kahn is higher profile than Maidana so has little to gain in beating him at this stage. JJM needs to be respected, any1 who thinks this is cheery picked to be an easy fight are simply wrong, period.
Co-sign. Maidana is NOT THAT GOOD. Victor Ortiz fought a ******ass fight and still knocked dude on his ass a couple times he has no skills. He night have a huge right hand and he's tough as hell but Kahn/Roach would tear him apart and probably KO him it would prove nothing to beat him. I don't agree that this is the toughest fight for him. I think Holt, Bradley, Campbell, Victor Ortiz, Alexander, even a shot Ricky Hatton would be a step up from Maidana with Bradley being the toughest.

Khan has one quality win. Kotelnik. He shut him out. Dude was a titlist and ranked number 3 in the world at the time.

Barerra was shot, and fighting two weight classes above where he was in his prime. Barrera struggled in his two warm up fights before that. Forget the cut. It was obvious Khans speed was going to be the story of that fight.

Marquez will not be effective against Khan. Khans height and speed will be the story. Khan will jab him to death and run away. I understand he faught Floyd at 147 and didn't look good. The same will happen to him against Khan. I'm not saying it will be a shut out or Khan will win by knockout but I think he wins a lopsided decission.

For the record, I hope Marquez knocks him out

did u even watch a past barrera against a prime marquez? cuz everyone thought that barrera won that match. If not for the ****** no knockdown ruling by cortez, barrera would've won his fight with marquez. Triangle theory here, pac beats barrera badly, barrera beats marquez if not for the ruling, and marquez beats pacquiao if not by the judges in the 2nd fight. I always thought the first one was a true draw. styles makes fights. Marquez was always pacquiao's "it." But if its the new pacquiao, the one who uses his footwork and has strong right hand now, he would murder marquez. I got khan here to win against marquez, footwork + handspeed = deadly.

                    I highly doubt it.

Barrera was way past it by the time Khan fought him.

Marquez still has something left and I think it will be bad news for Khan.

I hope Marquez takes him out and i think he will.
