    There's no solution!

    Your either confident or your not, you cannot buy confidence or build confidence. It comes naturally, if it's not there then so be it.

    Sorry if it sounds a little ruthless or whatever, but maybe boxing isn't the thing for you.

    I've never been scared before climbing through those ropes, NEVER, only really excited and looking forward to hurting someone!

      I know this is gonna sound weird but it could be a medical problem. It probably isn't but its worth a shot. I had a similar problem but it doesn't just show up when boxing. If it happens in a lot of different portions of training and you stay tired after your workout for a very long time it could be vasovagal syncope. Basically your body doesn't regulate blood pressure correctly, especially in response to adrenaline and it sometimes takes a whole day to recover. That's only a distant possibility...probably just a confidence thing. The best thing you can do is find a reason to be confident in yourself or just PRETEND(to yourself) that you are confident and that you will do well. Although when people aren't confident its usually for a good reason.

            thanks for that...could i ask u something.when u go in the ring and your opponent is better built than u and he looks the part.does it not bother u at all.also do u find that people who say they are going to do this and that to u generally arnt very good fighters..hope u dont mind me asking you
