can someone give me advice.....ive recently started boxing training..and when i have to do some sparing i go numb. i loose concentration and my body just drains of all my energy..this is really bothering me...can someone help please

you have to build up i think your confidence, i can say relax etc. but you ain't gonna be relaxed if you don't enter confident in that ring. so get to no your body, so that whatever happens in the ring you will be able to handle it. -
